How quickly will I receive leads after subscribing?
Your subscription is activated immediately upon payment. You will receive leads as soon as they are qualified by our team — typically within 1–3 business days of a new batch being processed.
What types of stock do leads cover?
We cover all major clearance categories: consumer electronics, clothing & apparel, homeware, FMCG, industrial equipment, furniture, toys, and more. You can set category preferences in your dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Please read our Refund Policy for full details.
What is the difference between Early Access and Exclusive leads?
Early Access means Premium subscribers receive leads 24 hours before Basic subscribers. Exclusive leads are only ever sent to Exclusive subscribers — these deals are never shared with Basic or Premium members.
Do I deal directly with the seller?
Yes. We qualify the lead and make the introduction, but the deal is entirely between you and the seller. We do not take a commission on transactions.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store card details on our servers.
