Terms of Service

By subscribing to StockLeads, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

StockLeads provides a subscription-based lead distribution service. We receive stock clearance opportunities from sellers, qualify them, and distribute them to subscribers by email according to their subscription tier.

We are an introduction service only. We do not buy, sell, or hold stock. We do not guarantee any transaction between subscriber and seller. All commercial negotiations and agreements are solely between you and the seller.

• Basic (£75/month): Up to 5 qualified leads per month to all active Basic, Premium, and Exclusive subscribers.
• Premium (£150/month): Up to 15 leads per month, including early-access leads distributed 24 hours before Basic subscribers, and WhatsApp alerts.
• Exclusive (£300/month): Unlimited leads, including exclusive deals never distributed to Basic or Premium subscribers, early access, WhatsApp alerts, and priority support.

Lead volumes are targets, not guarantees. Volume depends on the quality and quantity of leads received in any given month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Prices are in British Pounds and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your subscriber dashboard (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the dashboard and receive leads until that date.

You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute leads received through our service
• Use lead information for any purpose other than making a commercial offer to the seller
• Use the service to harass, spam, or engage in fraudulent conduct
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or compromise any security measure

Breach of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension without refund.

StockLeads makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any lead. We qualify leads in good faith but cannot verify all information provided by sellers. You accept all commercial risk when contacting sellers or making purchases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockLeads' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

All content on this website and in our email communications is the intellectual property of StockLeads Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

We may update these terms. We will provide 14 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
