Refund Policy

Summary

We offer a 14-day refund for new subscribers who have not yet received any leads. After 14 days, or after leads have been delivered, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

1. New Subscriber Refund Window

If you subscribe and have not received any leads within the first 14 calendar days, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment.

To request a refund, email support@stockleads.co.uk with the subject line “Refund Request” within 14 days of your subscription start date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. After Leads Have Been Delivered

Once you have received one or more leads through our service, the subscription payment for that period is non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether a commercial transaction resulted from the lead.

The nature of our service means that the primary deliverable (qualified business lead information) is provided immediately upon sending. Once that information has been delivered, it cannot be “returned”.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscriber dashboard (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain full access to the dashboard and continue to receive leads until the end of your current paid billing period.

Cancellation is not a refund — it prevents future charges only.

4. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and Stripe will attempt to re-charge on the standard retry schedule. Your subscription will remain active during this period. If payment cannot be collected after the retry period, your subscription will be suspended.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to issue partial or full refunds at our sole discretion in cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g. service disruption, billing errors). Contact us at support@stockleads.co.uk to discuss any issue.

6. Consumer Rights

Where you are purchasing as a consumer (not in a business capacity), you may have additional rights under UK consumer protection law, including the right to cancel within 14 days of a purchase (“cooling off period”). However, by agreeing to the immediate delivery of our digital service (lead information), you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has begun. This is standard for digital services delivered immediately upon purchase.
