Do I keep ownership of my eBay account?
Yes — this is entirely your store. We just need access to list and manage products on your behalf. You can revoke access and cancel at any time.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. You pay the monthly rate and can cancel any time — no long-term contract.
What if I have more than 50 products a month?
Just mention it in your enquiry — we can agree a one-off top-up for the extra listings, no surprise charges.
Do I need to already have an eBay account?
It helps, but if you don't have one yet we can talk you through setting one up before we start listing.
How many photos should I send per product?
Ideally 3–5 per product from different angles, in decent lighting. We'll tidy them up from there.
Can you help with Vinted or other marketplaces too?
This service is eBay-focused, but mention it in your enquiry — we can often accommodate it.
