Pricing & Plans

17 questions
What are your pricing plans?
We offer three monthly plans: Basic at £75/month (up to 5 qualified leads), Premium at £150/month (up to 15 leads plus early access), and Exclusive at £300/month (unlimited leads, exclusive deals, and first refusal on premium stock). All plans include full dashboard access and email delivery.
What does the Basic plan include?
The Basic plan (£75/month) gives you up to 5 qualified leads per month across all stock categories. Each lead includes full seller contact details, stock description, quantity, condition grade, location, pricing, and downloadable product sheets. You also get dashboard access and email delivery.
What does the Premium plan include?
The Premium plan (£150/month) includes up to 15 qualified leads per month plus early access — you receive leads 24 hours before Basic subscribers. This gives you a significant advantage on time-sensitive deals. All other features are the same as Basic.
What does the Exclusive plan include?
The Exclusive plan (£300/month) gives you unlimited leads, early access, and exclusive deals — stock opportunities that are only sent to Exclusive subscribers. You get first refusal on premium clearance lots before anyone else sees them.
Which plan should I choose?
If you're just starting out or buying occasionally, Basic is perfect. If you're an active buyer who wants a competitive edge, Premium's early access is worth it. If stock buying is your main business and you want every opportunity — including exclusive, off-market deals — go Exclusive.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. The monthly subscription price is all you pay. There are no setup fees, no joining fees, no per-lead charges, and zero commission on any deals you make. You deal directly with sellers — we never take a cut.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but we do have a 14-day refund policy. If you subscribe and don't receive any leads within 14 days, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. Just email us at support@stockleads.co.uk or manage it from your dashboard.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. The amount you see is the amount you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We don't accept bank transfers or PayPal at this time.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription?
Yes. Stripe automatically generates invoices for every payment. You can access and download your invoices from your Stripe billing portal, which is linked from your dashboard.
Do you offer any discounts?
We occasionally run promotions for new subscribers. Sign up to our mailing list or follow our blog for announcements. We don't offer permanent discount codes as our pricing is already competitive for the value delivered.
Is there a minimum contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What happens when I subscribe?
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email and gain instant access to your subscriber dashboard. You'll start receiving leads via email as soon as new qualified stock becomes available — typically within 24–48 hours of subscribing.
How does billing work?
You're billed on the same date each month from when you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each following month. Stripe handles all billing securely.
Can I pause my subscription?
We don't currently offer a pause feature. If you need a break, you can cancel and resubscribe later. Your lead history will be preserved in your account.
Do you offer annual plans?
Not at the moment — all plans are billed monthly. We may introduce annual plans with a discount in the future. Join our mailing list to be notified of any plan changes.

How It Works

16 questions
How does StockLeads work?
StockLeads works in 5 simple steps: 1) Sellers across the UK submit their clearance stock to us. 2) We review and verify every submission. 3) Qualified leads are categorised and graded. 4) Leads are delivered to your inbox and dashboard instantly. 5) You contact the seller directly and negotiate your deal — we never get in the middle.
Where do your leads come from?
Leads come from a wide range of sources: retailers clearing overstock, warehouses liquidating inventory, wholesalers offloading end-of-line goods, Amazon return pallets, bankrupt stock, trade surplus, and direct sellers. We actively source from across the UK and also receive inbound submissions from sellers who find us.
How do you verify leads?
Every lead is manually reviewed by our team. We check the seller's identity, verify stock details and quantities, confirm pricing is realistic, and assess overall deal quality. Leads that don't meet our standards are rejected — we don't forward unverified submissions.
How many leads will I receive per month?
It depends on your plan: Basic receives up to 5, Premium up to 15, and Exclusive receives unlimited leads. The actual number may vary month to month depending on stock availability. We never pad with low-quality leads to hit a number — every lead is genuinely qualified.
How quickly do I receive leads after subscribing?
You'll typically receive your first lead within 24–48 hours of subscribing. After that, leads arrive as they're qualified — usually the same day the stock is verified. There's no weekly batch; leads are sent in real-time.
What is early access?
Early access means you receive leads 24 hours before Basic subscribers. This gives Premium and Exclusive members a head start on contacting sellers before the deal is more widely distributed. On fast-moving stock, this can make the difference between getting the deal and missing it.
What are exclusive deals?
Exclusive deals are stock opportunities that are only sent to Exclusive plan subscribers. These are typically higher-value lots, premium brands, or particularly profitable deals that we reserve for our top-tier members. No one else sees these leads.
What information is included in each lead?
Every lead includes: seller name, email address, phone number, stock description, product category, quantity, condition grade (A–D), location with postcode area, asking price or price range, and downloadable product sheets or images where available.
Do you take commission on deals?
No. Zero commission, ever. You pay your monthly subscription and that's it. When you buy stock from a seller, 100% of the deal is between you and them. We never take a cut, a referral fee, or any percentage of the transaction.
How does the dashboard work?
Your subscriber dashboard shows all leads you've received, with search, filtering by category and date, and full lead details including downloadable attachments. You can view your lead history, manage your subscription, and access your Stripe billing portal — all in one place.
Can I choose specific categories to receive?
Currently, all subscribers receive leads across all available stock categories. We're working on category preferences for a future update. In the meantime, every lead is clearly labelled so you can quickly focus on the categories that interest you.
What if I don't like a lead?
Not every lead will be right for you — that's normal. Simply skip it and wait for the next one. There's no obligation to act on any lead. Our job is to send you qualified opportunities; your job is to decide which ones fit your business.
How fresh are the leads?
Leads are delivered the same day they're qualified. We don't stockpile or batch leads. The moment a submission passes our review process, it goes out to eligible subscribers immediately.
Do multiple subscribers receive the same lead?
Basic and Premium leads are sent to all eligible subscribers in those tiers (with Premium getting 24 hours' head start). Exclusive deals are only sent to Exclusive subscribers. The reality is that speed matters — the subscriber who contacts the seller first typically gets the deal.
What makes a lead "qualified"?
A qualified lead has been manually verified for: realistic pricing, genuine stock (not dropship listings), verifiable seller contact details, adequate stock quantity, accurate condition descriptions, and legitimate business operations. We reject any submission that doesn't meet all criteria.
Can I submit stock to sell through StockLeads?
Yes! If you have clearance stock, surplus inventory, or liquidation goods to sell, you can submit your stock details through our website. We'll review your submission and, if it meets our criteria, distribute it to our subscriber base.

Stock & Categories

14 questions
What stock categories do you cover?
We cover 12 major categories: Electronics, Clothing & Fashion, Toys & Games, Home & Garden, Health & Beauty, Sports & Outdoors, Baby & Nursery, Books & Media, Automotive, Food & Drink (non-perishable), Office & Stationery, and Mixed/General Merchandise. New categories are added as we grow.
What's the average deal value?
Deal values vary widely — from a few hundred pounds for small lots to £10,000+ for large warehouse clearances. Most leads fall in the £500–£5,000 range, but Exclusive subscribers often see higher-value opportunities.
What profit margins can I expect?
Margins depend on the stock type, condition, and where you sell. As a rough guide, clearance stock typically offers 30–60% margins when resold online. Amazon returns and graded stock can yield even higher margins if you're selective. Use our Profit Calculator to estimate returns on specific deals.
Do you get Amazon returns?
Yes, Amazon customer returns are one of our most common lead types. These typically come in mixed pallets graded by condition (A–D). They can be extremely profitable for resellers who know how to test, grade, and list efficiently.
Do you get liquidation stock?
Absolutely. Liquidation stock — from business closures, bankruptcy sales, and warehouse clearances — is a significant source of our leads. These often represent the best value as sellers are motivated to move stock quickly.
What do condition grades mean?
Grade A: Brand new, sealed, unused. Grade B: Like new, opened but unused or minimal signs of use, all accessories included. Grade C: Used, minor cosmetic wear, fully functional. Grade D: Used, visible wear or minor defects, may need repair. Check our Grading Guide for full details.
Do you cover electronics?
Yes. Electronics is one of our top categories, including phones, laptops, tablets, TVs, gaming consoles, headphones, smart home devices, and accessories. Electronics leads tend to move fast, so early access is especially valuable here.
Do you cover clothing and fashion?
Yes. We receive clothing leads from high-street retailers, online brand overstock, end-of-season clearances, and returns. This includes men's, women's, and children's clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Do you cover toys?
Yes. Toy leads are common year-round and surge before Christmas. We see overstock from major retailers, end-of-line ranges, and Amazon return pallets. Toys are a fantastic category for eBay and marketplace resellers.
Where is the stock usually located?
Stock is located across the UK — primarily in major warehouse and logistics hubs around the Midlands, North West, South East, and London areas. Every lead includes the location and postcode area so you can assess collection logistics before contacting the seller.
What's the typical lot size?
Lot sizes range from small bundles (10–50 items) to full pallets (200–500+ items) to entire warehouse clearances (thousands of items). Each lead specifies the quantity so you can judge whether it fits your budget and storage capacity.
Do you cover food or perishable goods?
We only cover non-perishable food and drink — things like canned goods, dried foods, confectionery, and long-shelf-life products. We do not handle fresh food, chilled goods, or anything requiring temperature-controlled storage.
Can I request specific brands?
We don't currently offer brand-specific filtering, but we're working on it. Many leads involve well-known brands across all categories. If you're looking for something specific, let us know — we can flag relevant leads when they come in.
What's the best category for beginners?
For beginners, we recommend starting with Toys & Games or Home & Garden. They're easy to test, list, and ship, and typically have strong demand on eBay and Amazon. Avoid electronics until you're comfortable with testing and grading.

Selling & Reselling

13 questions
Where can I sell the stock I buy?
The most popular channels are eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, car boot sales, and your own website. Some resellers also sell via Depop, Vinted (for fashion), local market stalls, or wholesale to other businesses. The best channel depends on the stock type and your setup.
I'm completely new to reselling — is this for me?
Yes! Many of our subscribers started with zero experience. StockLeads removes the hardest part — finding stock. We deliver qualified deals to you, so you can focus on learning to list and sell. Start with our Basic plan, buy a small lot, and build from there.
Can I do this part-time?
Absolutely. Many of our subscribers resell part-time alongside their day job. You can check leads on your phone, contact sellers in the evening, and list stock at weekends. The Basic plan is designed for part-time buyers.
How much capital do I need to get started?
You can start with as little as £200–£500 for your first stock purchase, plus your subscription fee. Small lots of toys or home goods are often available for a few hundred pounds. As you reinvest profits, you can scale up to larger deals.
Do I need a warehouse or storage space?
Not initially. Many resellers start from a spare room, garage, or even a large cupboard. As you scale, you might consider a storage unit (from ~£50/month) or a small warehouse. Start small and expand as your business grows.
Do I need any previous experience?
No experience is necessary. If you can use eBay or Facebook Marketplace, you have the core skills. We provide tools like our Profit Calculator, Fee Calculator, and Grading Guide to help you learn the business.
What type of stock sells best?
It varies by season, but consistently strong sellers include: branded electronics, toys (especially before Christmas), branded clothing, health and beauty products, and home improvement items. Use our What Should I Sell? tool for tailored recommendations.
How do I calculate fees and profit?
Use our free Profit Calculator and Fee Calculator tools. They factor in platform fees (eBay, Amazon), shipping costs, and your purchase price to show your estimated profit per item and per lot.
How do I start selling on eBay?
Create an eBay account, set up a seller profile, and start listing items. Take clear photos, write honest descriptions mentioning any flaws, price competitively, and offer fast dispatch. eBay's seller hub has excellent tutorials for beginners. Start with Buy It Now listings rather than auctions.
How do I start selling on Amazon?
Register for an Amazon Seller account (Individual for low volume, Professional for 40+ items/month). Use Fulfilment by Merchant (FBM) initially to keep costs low, or Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) once you have consistent volume. Amazon charges referral fees of 8–15% depending on category.
Is reselling better than dropshipping?
Reselling clearance stock offers much higher margins than dropshipping (typically 30–60% vs 10–20%), you control quality, shipping is faster, and there's no risk of supplier issues. The trade-off is you need storage space and upfront capital. For most people, reselling is more profitable and sustainable.
What about tax and VAT registration?
If you're earning over £1,000/year from reselling, you need to declare it to HMRC via Self Assessment. You must register for VAT if your taxable turnover exceeds £90,000 in a 12-month period. We recommend speaking to an accountant as your business grows. This is not tax advice.
Can I sell internationally?
Yes. eBay and Amazon both support international listings. However, consider postage costs, customs paperwork, and returns logistics. Most clearance resellers start by selling domestically (UK) and expand internationally once they have established systems.

General

10 questions
What is StockLeads?
StockLeads is a UK-based subscription service that delivers qualified clearance stock leads directly to resellers, traders, and business buyers. We source, verify, and deliver leads for surplus, liquidation, end-of-line, and return stock from sellers across the UK — so you can find profitable stock without the legwork.
Is StockLeads UK only?
Yes. All our stock leads are from UK-based sellers, and the stock is located within the UK. Our service is designed for UK-based buyers, though anyone can subscribe. All prices are in British Pounds (£).
Is StockLeads legitimate?
Absolutely. StockLeads is a registered UK business. We use Stripe for secure payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and every lead is manually verified by our team. We've delivered hundreds of qualified leads to subscribers since launch.
How is StockLeads different from competitors?
Most stock-sourcing services either charge commission, sell low-quality leads, or just forward unverified listings. StockLeads is different: zero commission, every lead is manually verified, you get full seller contact details for direct negotiation, and our tiered system (with early access and exclusive deals) rewards committed buyers.
How is this different from buying at auction?
Auctions are competitive — prices get bid up. With StockLeads, you negotiate directly with sellers, often before stock reaches auction. There are no bidding wars, no buyer's premiums, and no auction house fees. You agree a price privately with the seller.
Is this wholesale buying?
It's similar but not the same. Wholesale typically means buying from established distributors at set trade prices. StockLeads delivers clearance, surplus, and liquidation stock — which is often priced below wholesale because sellers are motivated to clear it quickly. The margins can be significantly better than traditional wholesale.
What do your subscribers say?
Our subscribers consistently highlight the quality of leads, the speed of delivery, and the value of direct seller contact. Many report landing profitable deals within their first week. Check our homepage for featured testimonials from real subscribers.
When is the best time to buy clearance stock?
Clearance stock is available year-round, but volumes peak in January (post-Christmas clearance), late March (end of financial year), July/August (summer sales), and October (making room for Christmas stock). Subscribing before these peaks gives you the best selection.
How do I contact you?
Email us at support@stockleads.co.uk. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on working days. For urgent subscription issues, include your account email in the subject line.
Can I submit stock to sell through StockLeads?
Yes! If you have clearance stock, surplus inventory, or liquidation goods to sell, visit our website and submit your stock details. We'll review your submission and, if it qualifies, distribute it as a lead to our subscriber base. There's no charge for sellers to submit stock.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to help. Drop us an email and we'll get back to you within 24 hours on working days.
