We Review Your Submission
Once we receive your submission, we review the details — what it is, the quantity, the condition, and the likely resale value. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. If the items aren't a good fit, we'll let you know honestly so you can explore other options.

We Make You an Offer
If your items are a good fit, we'll email you with a cash offer for the entire lot. Our offers are based on what we can realistically sell the items for, minus our costs and margin. There is absolutely no obligation to accept — you can say no for free with no hard feelings.

You Get Paid

We're a small UK-based operation, not a giant warehouse. We personally review every submission and only buy what we know we can resell on platforms like eBay and Vinted.

Do I need to package the items?
Yes — once you accept our offer, pack your items into a box or strong bag. We'll send you a prepaid Evri label. Attach it, drop off at any Evri ParcelShop, and keep your receipt.
Can I submit multiple different lots?
Yes — submit a separate form for each different type of item. For example, if you have clothing AND phone accessories, submit two separate forms so we can assess each properly.
What if my quantity is less than 10?
Unfortunately we only buy in lots of 10 or more units. For smaller quantities, platforms like eBay, Vinted, or Facebook Marketplace may be a better fit.
Do you buy from businesses and individuals?
Yes — we buy from both. Whether you're a small business with end-of-line stock or an individual having a clear-out, we're interested.
Is there a maximum quantity?
Our sweet spot is 10 to 500 units. For larger quantities (pallets, containers), we're not the right buyer — you'd be better off with a trade buyer or auction house.
What happens if items are different from the description?
We'll contact you when we receive the parcel. If there's a significant difference we weren't told about, we may need to adjust the offer or — in rare cases — return the items to you.
