What Good Condition Means
Candles must be completely unused — no burn marks on wicks, no wax melt, no soot around the rim. Jars and lids should be undamaged. Reed diffusers must be sealed with liquid intact. Wax melts should be in sealed bags or packaging. All items should smell fresh and true to scent — not musty, damp, or faded. We do not accept items that have been displayed in a shop window for extended periods as UV can affect scent quality.
