What Affects the Price We Offer?

  • Brand: High street brands fetch more than unbranded items. Designer brands significantly more.
  • Condition: Good condition items sell faster for us, so we pay more. Tags-on (BNWT) items command a premium.
  • Season: Winter coats in July or summer dresses in December reduce value — we factor in storage time.
  • Quantity: Larger, well-sorted lots are easier for us to process and may attract better offers.
  • Consistency: Lots that are all one gender/size range are more valuable than completely random mixed lots.

What We Don't Buy

Heavily stained or visibly dirty items
Items with holes, rips or broken zips beyond repair
Clothing with strong smells (smoke, mildew, pets)
Heavily pilled or worn-out fabric
Underwear and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
Very damaged sportswear or gym wear
Counterfeit or fake branded clothing

How to Prepare Your Clothing Lot

1

Sort by condition

Separate clearly worn/damaged items before submitting. Honest condition descriptions lead to faster offers.

2

Count your items

Give us an accurate quantity — even an estimate. This helps us assess the lot quickly.

3

Take a few photos

A couple of photos showing the overall lot help us assess quality before making an offer.
